i am stoked that you are getting more excited about writing… i love checking on your stuff: your gorgeous photos, your witty writing, etcetc. your salad looks delish… i just posted another version of a roasted veggie/kale salad a few weeks ago, but i like your idea of the yams. oh, and if you need to get warm you can come a hunker down here in maui for awhile!

God, I’m so excited to have found this blog. Not least because you have Swedish heritage! It’s almost as good as finding an actual Swedish vegan/raw food blog with wonderful pictures and amazing recipes… Except for the fact that I’ve never found one of those. So, you’re second best!
Seriously, though, your photos rock. And your recipes. And the way you write. I’m really impressed over here in chilly, rainy Stockholm.

Yes – I will make this as soon as possible. We’re very slowly easing into spring here too (snow keeps interrupting the transition). This looks like an amazing salad to celebrate the seasonal limbo I’m living in.
