I just did a google search for vegan haggis and came across your blog. I am so excited to try your recipe! I studied abroad in Scotland this past summer and sampled the ubiquitous canned stuff, but this sounds waay better.

Also: Glencoe may have been my favorite part of the trip. I want to go back and spend MUCH more time there! It is an incredible area.

I never thought I’d hear “vegan” and “haggis” together. This dish looks really impressive.

I didn’t like the taste of haggis when I tried it 15 years ago, but I would be willing to give this recipe a try. Adding dried, sweet fruits to any dish is enough to win me over.

Scotland is so beautiful, and I found the Scottish to be really funny and nice. Did you buy a kilt while you were there?

I never had haggis but read about it on several vegan blogs….and of course your vegan version sound totally awesome. Even if I was an omni (which is hard to imagine) I would refuse to eat the original version, I guess.
